Family Fun

I have to say, I really am lucky!

I am given the opportunity to meet the most adorable babies and the greatest families regularly!  I shot these last week during a family session to celebrate a certain little someone turning ONE!  Isn't he simply adorable?

More Angel Pictures!

The first thing I learned as a new mom was that my schedule ceased to exist.... we were on baby time now!  With that in mind, I taylor my new baby shoots around baby's schedule and whims.  Last week I had the opportunity to meet this little angel.  Unfortunately, she wasn't feeling her happiest, and we decided to cut the session short and continue it a couple of days later..... so here we are......

I spent a couple of hours getting to know her a bit more.... and oh.... we had so much fun!  She really is a special angel!

Thank you Mom & Dad for having me into your home!  I can't wait to see you all again in a couple of months!

It is a very special day when you are given the privilege of celebrating someone's 102nd birthday!

Today, I joined the rest of my family as we celebrated my grandmother's 102nd!  Incredible!

Just as we were about to serve the cake, I grabbed my iphone and "tweeted" a happy birthday message.  It just struck me... here I was uploading a picture of this fabulous lady onto the 'Net... and when she was born every house did not even have indoor plumbing or electricity.  We've all been dazzled over the years with the stories of her childhood and her family's horse "Dick" has become part of our families lore, but I don't think that we really ever sit down and think about all the changes that she has born witness to.

Happy Birthday Grammie.... you are a VERY special lady!
