Sushi for Lunch

I ran out of coffee this morning ( I know....the horror!) and had to run down to the grocers to replenish my supply.  As I was walking in, the sushi chef was just putting out a fresh selection.

 

I could not pass them up...they just all looked so delish!

Sushi really is a work of art as much as it is a delicous treat.  I would love to one day learn how to roll my own.... maybe when I retire ;-)
